Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days and is free on orders over £50 (£3.99 under £50). Express is 1–2 working days for £6.99, and Next Day is £9.99 if you order by 2pm. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

Yes. Europe is £12.99 (5–10 working days) and the rest of the world is £18.99 (7–14 working days). Import duties and taxes, where applied, are the responsibility of the recipient.

You've got 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Email ride.loamco@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort you a returns authorisation. UK returns get a prepaid Royal Mail label. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving your return.

Want a different size or colour? Email us before returning and we'll hold stock for you. Exchanges are dispatched the same day we receive your return, with free standard delivery.

Crashed and trashed your kit? We'll replace the same item at 40% off, no questions asked. Submit a claim with a photo of the damage and your order number within 60 days of the crash. One claim per item per 12-month period.

Our kit is cut for riding — room to move without being baggy. It runs true to size, and every product page has a size guide with garment measurements. Between sizes? We'd say size up for layering, down for a closer fit. Not sure? Email us — we'll help you get it right first time.

Machine wash cold (30°C), skip the fabric softener (it clogs technical fabrics), and hang dry. That's it. Mud washes out — that's the point.

We use recycled fabrics where performance allows, ship plastic-free, and never overstock. No seasonal clearance mountains, no fast fashion, no greenwashing sermon.
