Our returns policy

We want you to love your Loam Co. kit. If something is not right, we make it easy to return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

What we accept

  • Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached
  • Items in original packaging (or equivalent)
  • Wrong size or colour received
  • Faulty or defective items (any time within warranty)
  • Worn, washed, or items without tags (unless faulty)

How to return

  1. Email ride.loamco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 48 hours with a returns authorisation and address.
  2. Package your item securely and send it back using a tracked service. UK returns: we'll send you a prepaid Royal Mail label. International returns: please use your local postal service (costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty).
  3. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 working days to your original payment method. Exchanges are dispatched the same day we receive your return.

Faulty items

If your item is faulty or has a manufacturing defect, we'll cover return postage and either replace or refund — your choice. Please email ride.loamco@gmail.com with photos of the defect and your order number.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Email us before returning and we'll hold stock for you. Exchanges are dispatched with free standard delivery.
