Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. During busy periods (new drops, sale events), processing may take up to 3 working days.

Duties & taxes

UK orders are inclusive of VAT. For international orders, import duties and taxes may be applied by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Missing or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we'll track it down. If your gear arrives damaged in transit, please email us a photo within 48 hours and we'll sort it immediately.
