Sometimes that means mud, scratches and a few marks. Sometimes it means hitting the deck and putting a hole straight through your favourite jersey or tee.
If genuine crash damage takes out eligible LOAM CO clothing, our Crash Replacement Scheme gives you 40% off a replacement of the same item.
Because kit made for mountain bikers should actually be ridden.
How It Works
CRASH YOUR KIT
Hopefully you don't. But if your eligible LOAM CO clothing gets torn or damaged in a genuine riding crash, don't bin it just yet.
SEND US THE DAMAGE
Submit a claim with your original order number and details of what happened. We'll also need a photo showing the crash damage. Claims are reviewed within 48 hours.
GET 40% OFF A REPLACEMENT
If your claim is approved, we'll email you a single-use 40% discount code for the same item. Your code is valid for 30 days. Then get back out there.
What's Covered?
Crash Replacement applies to eligible LOAM CO casual clothing and ridewear, including:
- Jerseys
- Trousers
- T-shirts
- Tops
Accessories, socks and hats aren't currently included.
The damage needs to come from a genuine crash, things like tears, abrasion or crash damage. Normal wear and tear doesn't count.
The Important Bits
- One claim per item, per customer, in any 12-month period
- Claims must be submitted within 60 days of the crash
- You'll need your original LOAM CO order number
- You'll need to provide a photo of the damaged product
- The 40% discount applies to the same item
- Crash Replacement discounts can't be combined with another promotion
- Claims that don't meet the criteria may be declined
